Clément Fouchard is a French Avocat with over 17 years’ of experience in international commercial and investment arbitration.
He regularly acts for French and international clients in arbitrations seated across the globe and has strong experience in complex disputes in the construction, energy and infrastructure, mining and defence sectors. Clément also acts as an arbitrator.
For several years, Clément’s activity focuses on Africa related disputes.
He is a member of the Paris Arbitration Week (PAW) Board since its creation in 2017, a member of the Board of the Comité Français de l’Arbitrage (CFA) and a founding member of AfricArb.
