Dr. Kenneth Wyne Mutuma is a chartered arbitrator of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London), a certified public secretary, an accredited mediator/advocate of the High Court of Kenya, and an active member of the several professional associations including the Law Society, Architectural Association, Institute of Certified Secretaries, Association of Professional Societies in East Africa. He sits in a number of committees and boards of various professional and corporate organizations including the Governing Council of the Institute of Certified Secretaries and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Association of Professional Societies for East Africa, the National Committee on International Humanitarian Law, Africa Unite (Cape Town).
