Luladay Berhanu has over eight years of experience as a trade policy expert and a development consultant, working with the International Trade Center, United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), the African Continental Free Trade Area Secretariat and various other organizations and stakeholders promoting regional integration and sustainable development. A Mo Ibrahim Leadership Fellow, Luladay holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International and Comparative Law from the George Washington University Law School, and a Bachelor of Laws from Addis Ababa University. Her areas of exprtise includes international trade facilitation, market access, rules of origin and private sector development.
